Unlike the fanboys on this site I look at the facts.
The PS2 was a disaster when it launched with very few good games...that all changed soon and it went to become the #1 most popular console of its time.
Same thing is happening with the PS3 right now, anyone who predicts the PS3 will fail after being just 3 months in the market is an idiot.
Also the Xbox 360 has lost HALF its market share in less then 3 months, so lets just wait and see what happe...
MS can make an xbox 360 with HDMI and 120GB Hardrive for only $400.
But if they do then I take everything I said back.
Then again I would be mildly pissed at them and so would a lot of other people I know who have an xbox 360 with just a 20Gig HD and no HDMI. /:

The way things are looking now its very easy for the PS3 to get back at the top. All they would need is a surprise price cut and a few new killer games. Blu-ray is already beating HD-DVD so that's not a problem for Sony either.
If you want MS to win the nex-gen war they need a price cut, they're #1 now since they launched a year before the competition, but in the past 3 months the Xbox 360 has lost HALF its market share.
If MS plans to stay on top this year thru ...

And yeah I agree the Wii is a fad. In 2-3 years no one will be buying them anymore.
The PS3 and Xbox 360 is where the true next-gen is at.
Sony claims that the reason the PS3 is attacked often is because they have been the console leaders for to long.
But I think its because people love hating on at least one console to offset their insecurities and the PS3 is an easy target right now.
